Glena House is a family run, award winning 26 bedroom 3 star Guest House, Winner of the RAC "Sparkling Diamond Award 2003". During the Summer it offers evening meals in its Bistro style restaurant complete with wine bar. It offers a great location, traditional hospitality, comfortable rooms, quality service and ample parking for all guests. Situated 5 minutes walk from the town centre on the Muckross road, it provides the ideal base to explore what Killarney has to offer: spectacular landscapes of lakes, ancient oak forests, mountains, sub tropical gardens, Killarney National park, cycling, walking & taking traditional Jarvey (buggy) rides.
At Glena your comfort is assured and your stay will be made special by our friendly, helpful staff. Our warm clean comfortable rooms all ensuite with telephone, are tastefully decorated with pitch pine furnishings, orthopaedic beds, multi channel T.V., heated towel rails and tea/coffee making facilities. Should you wish to have a drink in your room, ice is provided at reception. Drying facilities are available for walkers, golfers and guests (some contain baths more our high pressure showers).
